Choose what to share as you explore a project with Harrison. You can use the guides and learning tools without submitting an enquiry.

Your project enquiry

A submitted brief contains your name, email, optional or channel-required phone number, property town, planning choices, notes and contact preferences. You can attach up to six project photographs. Project-contact permission and optional marketing permission are separate. Please do not share identification documents, financial details, alarm codes or photographs of people.

The project adviser

When you use the AI adviser, your questions and the planning context you share are processed using Amazon Bedrock. The adviser can make mistakes; final scope, specifications, prices and availability follow business confirmation and assessment. Anonymous conversation records are configured to expire after one hour; deletion is processed asynchronously. Only an adviser note you explicitly choose to include is copied into your submitted enquiry.

How Harrison uses a submitted brief

The team uses it to assess the enquiry, contact you through your chosen route and manage the next step. Submitted project records, permission history and photographs are kept for enquiry handling and related work. The team has restricted access, and your private project workspace lets you review your own details and photos in the same browser session for up to 72 hours after submission. Photos are processed to remove embedded metadata and accessed through short-lived private links. Smaller copies help the gallery load quickly.

Your saved project and call requests

Your browser session keeps a private reference to reopen your submitted project. It can also remember filenames and unfinished upload status so you can retry a photo. The files themselves are not stored in the browser draft. A free phone consultation request has its own permission to call the number on your project; it does not change your marketing choice or other contact preference. A call request is saved for the team to arrange a suitable time.

Removing a photo from your project hides it from project views. It does not permanently delete stored copies, and a previously opened private photo link can remain valid briefly. Contact Harrison if you want stored photographs deleted.

Remembering your choices

Non-contact planning selections can be remembered in this browser for up to 30 days. The property town is session-only. The browser draft does not store your contact form name, email, phone, free-text notes or photographs. Clear remembered choices in the planner to remove the local draft. A submitted enquiry remains a separate project record.

Arrival information

A session reference and basic arrival source can accompany an enquiry so the team understands where the request began. We do not collect optional page-visit or tool-interaction analytics. No advertising trackers are included.

Your choices and requests

To request a correction, deletion or change in marketing preference, use the project contact form and include your project reference in the notes. Harrison will verify the request before changing or disclosing personal information. Choosing not to receive marketing does not prevent an enquiry.

Storage

Project infrastructure and records use Amazon Web Services in the United States. Model inference can use supported US AWS regions. Limited operational logs support reliability and abuse prevention; credentials and private chat payloads are not included in routine application logging.
